Processing & Shipping Times

Orders will usually ship out within 2-10 working days, unless otherwise specified on product page. Each piece which is labelled as "made-to-order" requires 7 to 30 working days of production time before shipping. In most cases, items may be dispatched sooner. Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location, however these are usually between 1-4 business days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked, Royal Mail 48 Tracked and Royal Mail 48 Tracked with Signature.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer to support.

Returns & Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of manufacturing defects. If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging).

Lost/Damaged Packages

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and unfortunately we cannot offer a refund in these cases.
